Certain features of Retirementize may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing periods, included features, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and other applicable subscription conditions will be presented to you at the time of purchase or within your account.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges associated with your subscription in accordance with the terms presented at checkout.
Retirementize reserves the right to change subscription features or pricing for future billing periods, subject to applicable law and any notice requirements.
Retirementize may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, create a security risk, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RETIREMENTIZE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, AND THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RETIREMENTIZE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, INVESTMENTS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, RETIREMENTIZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON ANY CALCULATION, PROJECTION, ESTIMATE, SIMULATION, INFORMATION, ASSUMPTION, OR OTHER CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF RETIREMENTIZE FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RETIREMENTIZE FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions of liability. In those jurisdictions, liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
You acknowledge that financial and retirement planning involves inherent uncertainty and risk. You voluntarily assume responsibility for evaluating the information provided by Retirementize and for any decisions you make based upon that information.
You understand that no retirement projection, investment projection, financial model, simulation, or calculation can account for every possible future circumstance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Retirementize and its owners, operators, directors, officers, employees, contractors, developers, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or relating to:
Retirementize reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree to reasonably cooperate with such defense. You may not settle any claim subject to indemnification without Retirementize's prior written consent if the settlement imposes an obligation or admission of liability on Retirementize.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release and discharge Retirementize and its owners, operators, directors, officers, employees, contractors, developers, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, demands, damages, and liabilities arising from your use of the Services, except to the extent that such claims, damages, or liabilities cannot lawfully be released.
Retirementize does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Services. The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, hosting issues, security incidents, internet disruptions, third-party services, or circumstances beyond Retirementize's reasonable control.
Retirementize is not responsible for losses resulting from interruptions, delays, errors, data loss, transmission failures, or temporary or permanent unavailability of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
Retirementize may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when posted on the website unless a different effective date is stated.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Retirementize operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over the applicable dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other applicable legal requirements.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Retirementize Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any other policies or agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Retirementize concerning your use of the Services.
